Performance comparison of single and double pass PV/T solar collectors integrated with rectangular plate fin absorber

Abstract Solar panel can act as a medium for transforming sunlight into electrical energy. Nevertheless, not all of the received on this device be converted energy and remainder will dissipated thermal If solar is continuously exposed to sun, so its temperature increase thereby reduce efficiency. To deal with issue, it may combine PV collector which called hybrid PV/T collector. Furthermore, in present study effects fluid flow direction mass rate efficiency collectors are extensively analyzed. Single double pass rectangular plate fin absorber were attached backside panel. They tested using simulator different ranging between 0.01 0.05 kg/s working fluid. The results show that use air performance compared single one. highest values obtained from type found 73.23% 10.16% 0.048 kg/s.
